Description of Significance LISTED IN NATIONAL REGISTER MARCH 8, 1984. A RATHER PLAIN, MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING THAT IS PARTIALLY SITUATED ON ONE OF THE FIRST TWO BUSINESS LOTS SOLD IN CHEROKEE. CONSTRUCTED IN 1931, ITS DECORATIVE HIGHLIGHT CONSISTS OF FOUR PANELS OF LIGHT-COLORED BRICK ABOVE THE SECOND FLOOR WINDOWS.
